Perker Agreement

1. Nature of the relationship
By registering as a Perker, you confirm that you are an independent participant using the Llama Perks platform. You are not an employee, contractor, or agent of Llama Perks or BFM Solutions GmbH. No employment relationship exists between you and Llama Perks.
2. Milestone payments
Payments are milestone-based and are not guaranteed. A payment becomes eligible only when a business you referred reaches a qualifying milestone on Llama Points. Payment amounts are current rates and may be updated from time to time.
3. Invoice requirement
To request a milestone payment, you must submit a valid invoice to the email address shown in your Agent Dashboard. Payment is processed after receipt and review of your invoice.
4. Tax responsibility
As an independent Perker, you are solely responsible for declaring any earnings from Llama Perks to the relevant tax authority in your country or region. Llama Perks does not deduct tax, make employer contributions, or submit tax filings on your behalf.
5. Platform rules
You agree to represent Llama Points honestly and professionally when speaking to business owners. You must not make false claims about the platform, its pricing, or its capabilities.
